As promised in the programme for government more details have been released for the new 10m euro results based REAP scheme which will benefit up to 2,200 farmers nationwide. The two main measures in this scheme are low input pasture (LIP) and diverse swards with complimentary actions to include hedge and tree planting.

We are delighted that two of our Inishowen EIP measures i.e. Agroforestry and Diverse Swards are being included in the new REAP scheme, which will benefit farmers nationally based on our working model in Inishowen, County Donegal.
